Hard
working and boring both make us feel hungry. but how we can fill our
hunger with good and healthy food! , what the thing we could do to keep
our healthy body! Deprivation of food to maintain a healthy body is not
the right solution, but the change in cooking method, is what makes the
self-do not feel deprived. Always we make our food healthy away from the
frying oil. Replace fat food, a little fat. And also do not forget that
body needs too much water. Water contains many minerals to maintain the
freshness of the skin. As well, fruits and vegetables both are capable
of maintaining a healthy body. Shall never think of depriving yourself
of food to maintain the health of your body, but a taste of what you
crave, but in a healthy way
