Talking about the sea and what it contains of living organisms, the different taste and the method of preparation of each type from other. What good of seafood.  Sea Food distinct taste and favored by many, especially in the coastal areas Navy. And it play main role in diet and medicinal. Seafood is of the most famous food in the world. Some may suffer because of the sensitivity and get lost but

always it distinctive. And it has it special taste.

In coastal areas frequently they always eaten Admirals food, because it highly available. We find residents of the nearby areas of the coast, are the best on health instated of others, because of healthy food they eat, and the amount of protein they get from fish.

FAST FOOD!


Full fast food sometimes is what makes us feel full. And it is the food that is full of sauce and creams dissolved and delicious taste sour. Fast food or the junk food is the other type we addicted to.
Restaurants are our path we always turn to, to get our fast meal. And it is the way, singles are always eat from. In my situation, I daily eat from restaurant because am a way from my parents' house. And am also well care about my body health. So, am not every time choose the fried and fat things.
Junk-food could be yummy but not healthy at all. One time per month could be good, not every time. We shall control ourselves when we eat those meals. Because it is full of calories from sugar and fat and it usually don't pose any kind of health concern, but it could be good just if integrated into well balanced diet .

Healthy Food

Hard working and boring both make us feel hungry. but how we can fill our hunger with good and healthy food! , what the thing we could do to keep our healthy body! Deprivation of food to maintain a healthy body is not the right
 solution, but the change in cooking method, is what makes the self-do not feel deprived. Always we make our food healthy away from the frying oil. Replace fat food, a little fat. And also do not forget that body needs too much water. Water contains many minerals to maintain the freshness of the skin. As well, fruits and vegetables both are capable of maintaining a healthy body. Shall never think of depriving yourself of food to maintain the health of your body, but a taste of what you crave, but in a healthy way

Harees " traditional dish"

Today, in all the Arab lands, traditional dining has moved from the desert to elegant villas and plush city restaurants and in all our Gulf countries we always excel with our food and we prepare different meals at different occasions. A distinctive meals that are dearest in the events is, mash or HAREES. There are several popular meals, but HAREES is the most receptive and more pleasure. And all family members love it.
the purpose of make it could be different in every house, but his name remains within the old popular dishes that all love it and know it is one of all our grand's days.
Harees is one of a Middle Eastern dish of boiled, coarsely-ground wheat, mixed with meat. Harees is a popular dish known in the Arab countries of Gulf, especially in the

month of Ramadan .
